Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product is shipped. You are responsible for confirming that the listed file formats meet your needs before purchasing. If you have an order or delivery issue, contact orders@primalarray.com.
License and permitted use
Unless a product states otherwise, purchased field-documentation templates are licensed for the buyer's internal business use and client projects. Buyers may print, fill, edit, and customize the templates and may provide completed project records to their clients. Blank or editable templates may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly posted, or transferred as competing templates.
Professional responsibility
Primal Array products are practical tools and do not replace professional judgment, adopted codes, manufacturer instructions, system listings, contracts, or local requirements. Fire-alarm materials are supplemental technician documentation and do not replace required inspection, testing, certification, record-of-completion, impairment, deficiency, or AHJ forms.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, software, product names, text, graphics, templates, and other materials are owned by Primal Array LLC or used with permission. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited product license described above.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
