What managed service means

Instead of handing over a production system and leaving the customer to coordinate multiple technical providers, Primal Array manages the supported infrastructure and ongoing technical responsibilities defined in the service agreement.

• Production hosting and service configuration
• Availability and operational monitoring appropriate to the selected plan
• Security-related platform and dependency maintenance
• Supported backup and recovery procedures for covered systems
• Technical maintenance, deployment support, and issue triage within plan boundaries

Development and monthly service are separate

The initial development fee covers the approved build. The managed-service fee begins when the production system is ready for launch and covers the recurring responsibilities in the selected plan. Provider costs, usage limits, response expectations, and any work outside the plan are documented in the proposal or service agreement.

Primal Array does not publish internal provider costs or margins, and public marketing pages do not contain subscription payment links. Each customer receives the correct onboarding and payment information for the system being launched.

Customer ownership remains clear

Customers retain ownership of their domains and their own Google Play and Apple Developer accounts. Primal Array manages the supported production environment under the service agreement while keeping business ownership and marketplace identity clear.
